About Us

I am Justine Shepherd, owner, and operator of Delmarva Pet Concierge. I started this business out of my love for animals and my own experience seeking qualified loving care for my own pets. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry most of my life and know all too well the feeling of not enough time in the day for everything that needs accomplished. Working a hectic schedule, long hours, kids, and just life in general can make it impossible to give your 4-legged family member or other pet the attention they so deserve. Let me take some things off your plate! I am dog and cat CPR certified and fully licensed and insured. It is my goal to help you feel comfortable and put your mind at ease knowing your pet is good hands with whatever services they need!
